Return & Refund Policy
If a watch isn't right, you have 7 days from delivery to return it.
Eligibility
The watch must be unworn, undamaged and returned with its box, warranty card and any protective film intact.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason. We arrange collection or share a return address.
Refunds
Once the piece is inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
